Return Eligibility

• The product is unused and unwashed

• The product is in its original condition

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

Products that are damaged, altered, washed, or show signs of wear and tear are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@okokonline.in with the following details:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Clear photographs or videos of the product (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

Return Shipping

• All returned items must be shipped using a reliable courier service

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

• Return shipping charges will be covered by OKOK Online only if the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, damaged, or defective item)

Inspection & Processing

After we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

• If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 working days

• For exchanges, replacement items will be shipped based on availability

• If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

COD Orders & Refunds

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via:

• Bank transfer, or

• Store credit (as applicable)

Store credit, if issued, may be used for future purchases on OKOK Online.
