You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
The product is unused and unwashed
The product is in its original condition
All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
Products that are damaged, altered, washed, or show signs of wear and tear are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@okokonline.in with the following details:
Order number
Reason for return
Clear photographs or videos of the product (if applicable)
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
All returned items must be shipped using a reliable courier service
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
Return shipping charges will be covered by OKOK Online only if the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, damaged, or defective item)
After we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 working days
For exchanges, replacement items will be shipped based on availability
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via:
Bank transfer, or
Store credit (as applicable)
Store credit, if issued, may be used for future purchases on OKOK Online.
OKOK Online reserves the right to reject return requests that do not comply with this Return Policy. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, size guides, and images before placing an order to minimize the need for returns.
