Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
Products returned in accordance with our Return Policy
Order cancellations approved before shipment
Products delivered in a defective, damaged, or incorrect condition
All refund requests must be submitted to our customer support team at support@okokonline.in along with:

Reason for the refund request
Photographs or videos of the product (where applicable)
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or as store credit.
Any store credit issued will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and can be used for future purchases on OKOK Online.
If returned products do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in our Return Policy, OKOK Online reserves the right to reject the refund request. Shipping and handling charges paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable, unless the return or refund is due to an error on our part.
Partial refunds may be processed in cases where multiple products were purchased but only some items are returned. The refund amount will be calculated based on the value of the returned item(s) only.
